A well-balanced aromatic black tea from Kenya.
Origin - Kenya
This tea was cultivated on the Eastern side of the Rift Valley, a defining feature of Kenyan tea production. The Kangaita tea factory is a cooperative of Kenyan tea farmers and is located on the southern slopes of snow-capped Mount Kenya. The elevation created by the Rift ridge system is perfect for tea cultivation, as altitude and moist climate allow flavors to concentrate.
Profile - The liquor is spicy (pepper, bay leaf), fruity, and malty. This tea is full-bodied but bright with notes of mandarin and clementine.
