This is a renowned oolong with an enchanting floral aroma.
Origin - Taiwan
One of Taiwan's most renowned oolongs, this tea is grown in the Dong Ding tea region in Central Taiwan's Nantou County, one of the most historic tea regions. The Yoshan Tea company has been operated by the Chen family for over a century and their teas are famous for their quality and craftmanship.
Profile - This fresh Dong Ding oolong is lightly oxidized (20-25%) and the leaves are kneaded while wrapped in cloth. This gives the half-ball shape of this tea. The dry leaves look like beautiful bronze-green beads that unfurl slowly to reveal their enchanting aromas. This light tea has a bright floral aroma with sweet pineapple notes that will linger in your mouth for a long time.
