This is a white tea from Fuding in Fujian province, home to some of China’s greatest teas.  A region of high mountains, rocky gorges, and numerous rivers, its humid and temperate climate is ideal for tea cultivation. This is a delicate tea made from silvery buds and leaves that have been naturally dried. Through this long process, they have lightly oxidized into green-brown leaves.
